2. Shakshuka

It was feasible to make the ETNT version of Shakshuka , or the Italian eggs-in-purgatory variation, however I decided to create my own from ingredients I found in my fridge and pantry.

3. Philly Cheesesteaks

My take on her Stewed Tomatoes & Lentils recipe was inspired by hers.

5. Grits + Toast + Egg

My husband and I have different schedules at work. He usually sleeps at night when he comes home, while I am awake when I get up in the morning to work. It is now possible to have brunch at the same time as I work from home. We’ll have bacon, eggs, fruits, toast, and sometimes grits. It’s not the most extravagant meal, but it’s an opportunity to enjoy time with friends in a positive setting.
